Go Ahead, Be a Little Jaded.

Power dressing is back and sexier than ever. Bold shoulders and a nipped waist, in no-nonsense black and jade, create a sharp silhouette that will have the world at your stilettos!

There is something so incredibly striking about the combination of jade and black we pulled together a whole collection that is so aesthetically pleasing, you'll want to keep scrolling long past the final photo! We are all about AMMARA's ready to wear designs, the leather panel, the fine fabrics and the super saturated teal hue have us reeled in. The only question became, to tuck or not to tuck?

In this instance, the choice was easy, the top tucks perfectly into the essential Herve pencil skirt and because we gave ourselves the fabulous color-blocking canvas, a statement belt was the perfect finishing touch. Leather and animal prints always go together and always give a fierce, edgy vibe to the outfit.

Pop a red lip to give balance to the cool dark tones of the black and teal. The red also elevates the black leather yoke, where a nude or lighter lip would tend to wash out.

This bow belt from Temperley London features pony hair for an authentic leopard feel. Stay #ontrend with a wrap ring! Pave set and asymmetrical circle shapes put you on today's everyday runway. And an ombre cuff sparkles with a monochromatic gradient design.

Mixed media is a fun trend to play around with. It gives you an opportunity to wear different textures and mix fabrics, but can be tricky. Leave it to the pros with this top where the work is all done for you! And done beautifully, I might add! You get a matte vs gloss effect with the two types of finish on the fabric, and the leather shoulders ground it.

With these leggings, we were able to compliment and duplicate that matte/gloss look with shiny panels down the front of the leg. The epitome of cool, these leggings are a total knock out.

Don't be afraid to mix and match your accessories even when they're not from the same collection, or even the same designer. This gives you that mixed media idea again, with two bracelets - one leather with studs and one pave set crystals. We love the edgy-glam of the pair!

Of course, as if it weren't edgy enough, a tiny skull necklace solidifies it.

Going untucked creates a tunic type of look with this teal topper. Of course, black leggings give balance with a form fitting foundation in which to wear with such a flowing top. The long necklace puts a vertical line down the center, which we well know by now is the magical ticket to creating length and giving a slimming effect. Don't forget your finishing touches, that's where the magic happens!

This post is about power dressing- Herve puts the "OW!" in Power! A not-so-innocent neckline that plunges, a flattering criss cross bodice, and a super sexy short hemline, this little number takes names while it kicks ass! It's flirty, but it's not sweet!

Sure this can be styled a myriad of ways. It looks beautiful with pinks and purples, whites or other neutrals like tan... but we left it as is and added a statement leather cuff and a long pave necklace, duplicating the shape of the neckline without taking away any attention. This is perfect execution of how accessories compliment rather than compete.

Now, a long fine cashmere cardigan in black - this gives us the color blocking style to finish our jade story. Look at the long and lean effect it has, giving vertical lines- especially with black at the sides. Plus, it makes a powerful statement. It's confidence and charm that makes it still approachable and the other women will admire you while them men eye you!

How cute are these clovers? We love the simlicity of the open shape. Each leaf of a four-leaf clover has a specific meaning — faith, hope, love and luck. So decorate yourself in them - we could all use more of each :)
